Registration of trademarks

The Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which is the main normative-legal act regulating intellectual property issues, does not apply the concept of trade mark.  A synonym of trade mark is a trademark. Therefore, having registered a trademark, in essence, you will be the owner of the trademark.
