| In case if the applicants at registration of alienation of the exclusive right are several persons, the state fee is paid by them independently in equal shares (p. 2 art. 333.30 NC of the Russian Federation "). Reference: Duty for registration of alienation of exclusive right under the agreement with one object is 10100 rubles.
State fees for State registration of the transition of exclusive right without a contract shall be paid in the amount of subparagraphs 5) and 6) p. 1 art. 333.30.
