Reduce the term of consideration of patent disputes

 Define temporary restrictions (on timing) of patent disputes, the Supreme Court ordered the Russian Federal service for intellectual property rights (the Constitutional Court of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION, no. 448-o of the 10.03.2016). The Court ruled that unduly prolonged resolution of disputes are not consistent with the principles of due process. The Court ordered the Rospatent to adopt new rules to restrict dates scheduling consideration patent disputes.
